Stitchize provides digital embroidery designs and vector art exclusively online. There is no physical shipping.

How Delivery Works

• Once your order is completed, final files are delivered via email to the address you used at checkout.
• Files are provided in the formats you request (e.g., DST, PES, EXP, EMB, SVG, AI, PDF) and are ready for immediate download and use.
• If you need a different export/size later, we’ll re-send it — unlimited free revisions.

Fees & Timelines

• No shipping fees, ever.
• No courier delays; delivery is digital and typically immediate after completion/approval.
