Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window

You may cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it. After this window, work is usually in progress and cancellation may not be possible.

How to Cancel

Include your order ID and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.

Payments & Refunds

• We typically charge after work is completed. If no payment was taken yet, there’s nothing to refund.
• If payment was already taken and delivery has not occurred, we’ll void/return it.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Once the design files are delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.
